Founder-trainer, Croissance & Transitions · Founder of Junyr

Mines Nantes engineer, qualified lawyer, developer since 1993. AI Transformation Leader and turnaround manager specialising in AI-led transformation for SMEs and mid-sized firms, he forged the Junyr Method™ in the field, building and running Junyr Suite, a business platform hosted in Europe and independent of the major AI labs.

The thesis of the day. When AI agents produce a company's artefacts (proposals, content, reporting, customer replies), value concentrates upstream and downstream of production: framing, review, sign-off, decisions. The leader's role shifts: setting intent, arbitrating the portfolio, installing guardrails, evolving the organisation. Guiding principle of the Junyr Method™: the agent proposes, the human commits.

The pedagogy

4 stages, in every sequence

1

Anchor

Every idea starts from a concrete demonstration on real tooling.

2

Experiment

You apply it straight to your own organisation: your company is the material.

3

Formalise

The group debrief turns the experience into a reusable principle, the framework comes after the practice.

4

Transfer

Every sequence produces a written record that feeds your end-of-day roadmap.

Learning objectives

6 objectives, 6 deliverables

1

Diagnose your AI maturity on the 3-tier scale (assisted, supervised, guided autonomous), against your sector.

2

Prioritise your use cases by value versus effort, with a ROI-under-12-months filter and a net-gain measure.

3

Build your roadmap: quick wins, deeper projects, 30/90/180-day milestones.

4

Set up AI governance: agent register, AI Act (art. 50), GDPR, data security.

5

Anticipate the human impact: the shift from producer to orchestrator, workforce planning, change management.

6

Master the project's economics: running costs (FinOps), build-or-buy trade-offs, funding.
