No one joins the network billing clients directly from day one.

The onboarding period

The path starts with an onboarding period, during which Croissance et Transitions carries the contract, the invoicing and the bad-debt risk, and pays you by the day. You learn the trade on real, paid engagements, with no financial exposure.

The move to autonomous status is a right, not a discretionary decision: it happens as soon as five written criteria are met (engagements delivered without rework, framing validated, structure and insurance in place, one active Junyr subscription sold, minimum tenure reached). Payouts earned during onboarding continue unchanged after the move.

About 4 days of training in your first year: one day on site to start, then about one day a month, 25% on site and 75% online. These days are neither billed to the practitioner nor paid by the Company. Individual supervision available on top, 200 EUR excl. VAT per hour.

Every practitioner referenced below has signed the network's framework agreement and completed the onboarding path. All are independent consultants: they operate under their own structure, with their own insurance, and are neither employees nor agents of Croissance et Transitions.

Based in Poitiers, France, he works across Nouvelle-Aquitaine, the Paris region and French-speaking Belgium.

Computer engineer and AI architect, data project lead. AI system architecture, business agent building on the Junyr platform, IT modernisation, data recovery and quality. Python and SQL environments, agile delivery, experience in asset management and infrastructure.

What he covers: the 30-minute AI maturity audit, framing and implementation of the Junyr Suite, business agent building, IT modernisation, user training.

Referencing follows the signature of the framework agreement and the intellectual property schedule.
